Christian Bale Says He’s Disappointed with His Batman Performances

Christian Bale while promoting his latest film Knight of Cups in an interview with Yahoo! Movies, spoke on his feelings towards his role as Batman in The Dark Knight Trilogy, where he came off underwhelming by his performances, admitting to being disappointed by it.

“I didn’t quite manage what I hoped I would throughout the trilogy, Chris did, but my own sense of self is like, ‘I didn’t quite nail it. Heath turned up, and just kind of completely ruined all my plans, because I went, ‘He’s so much more interesting than me and what I’m doing.’“
