The CW releases a third trailer for season 4 of Arrow titled “So Cool”, which is an extended trailer of what we saw from the second trailer that was released, which details more of the theme of the fourth season of the series will be.
Arrow season 4 premieres on Wednesday, October 7th on The CW.
