DC Comics official site has confirmed that the popular Jeph Loeb written and Jim Lee drawn 12 part Batman story from 2002 Batman: Hush, is getting an animated movie. The story in the comics follows the conflict of Bruce Wayne’s childhood friend Tommy Elliot who as an adult becomes a foe to Batman under the name of Hush.
The other story that take center stage in the story is the love story of Batman and Catwoman, which becomes the first comic book series to bring the relationship to the forefront. The animated movie is slated for the Summer 2019, for the next wave of DC Universe Movies after the two-part Death of Superman/Reign of the Supermen .
