Bruce Timm, the Executive Producer of the Batman: The Killing Joke animated film, spoke recently with ComicBook.com on what he can say on the film, as they’re keeping him on tight control PR wise when it comes to the film.
But he does confirm that the film will stay a pretty faithful adaptation of the comics, much like the animated films for Batman Year One, The Dark Knight Return. Though he does say that The Killing Joke doesn’t have enough story to make a full feature film, so they’ll have to be adding more story to the film and latest he confirms the movie will be officially premiering this summer at San Diego Comic Con.
