Charlotte Ross by popular demands, is set to return again as Felicity’s mother Donna Smoak, for episode 18th of the 3rd season of Arrow.
Why she’s returning hasn’t been disclosed, but going by her earlier appearance and the Felicity storyline attached to Ross’ first episode of Arrow back in November, one can assume it’ll have to do more with Felicity’s past.
Arrow returns with its mid-season premiere on January 21st.
