Colin Farrell Cast as Penguin in The Batman

Once again The Batman director Matt Reeves takes to Twitter to confirm a casting for the movie, this time Reeves went on to officially confirm the casting of Colin Farrell as the Penguin.

This doesn’t come as much of a surprise for fans, as Colin was rumored to have a role in the movie back in November when initial reports by different media outlets were being published that Colin was in talks with Warner Bros. for a role in the film, so for this news to dropping like it did, it just confirmed what people were hoping was true for months back that Colin is in fact will be playing Oswald Cobblepot opposite Robert Pattinson (Batman) in Matt Reeves’s The Batman.

The Batman is slated to be released in theaters on June 25, 2021.
