After an eyewitness account by a Chicago native of IMAX cameras being on the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and then being used during the shooting of the Wayne murder scene.
I can confirm with my own eyes that Batman vs Superman is filming at least the Wayne murder scene with full IMAX film cameras.

An IMAX spokesperson confirmed to Slashfilm.com that in fact IMAX cameras are being used for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
