Dwayne Johnson who’s playing Black Adam in the Shazam movie which is slated to release April 5, 2019, during the premiere of his latest film San Andreas, was interviewed by Hey u Guys who asked him about his role in Shazam as Black Adam.
Johnson didn’t say anything we haven’t already heard, but it’s always fun to get anything from him about the film.
“I can’t wait,” Johnson said when asked if he’s excited to play the villain in Shazam. “He’s a unique type of villain. When you start off as a slave, you’re not in a good mood! There’s a heavy wrath that a lot of people have to pay. But when it’s fuelled by a righteous anger if you will, like Black Adam, then you open up to what the character can be which I’m really excited about. That’s why he’s not just a straightforward bad guy.”
