Entertainment Weekly received another exclusive for James Wan’s Aquaman, which is the first look at Djimon Hounsou as the Fisherman King, along with Natalia Safran as Fisherman Queen and Sophia Forrest as the Princess.
The scene is of the Fisherman being enlisted to by King Orm (Patrick Wilson) to help him declare war on the ocean-polluting surface world.
Aquaman producer Peter Safran had the following to say on the scene:
“After the fall of Atlantis, some of the kingdoms evolved and some devolved, this is one that evolved. This is a kingdom that’s primarily artistic and cerebral, with poets and philosophers.”
Always looking for a reason to work with the highly evolved @djimonhounsou again. #oneofthesevenkingdoms pic.twitter.com/vrSEXF10gB
