Henry Cavill Confirms No Superman in Suicide Squad

Henry Cavill who’s the Superman of the DC Extended Universe, confirmed to Metro when asked if Superman will make a cameo appearance in Suicide Squad, that Superman will in fact not be appearing.

Though when asked if it’s possible Superman will appear in a Suicide Squad sequel, Cavill responded with “I might be!”.

This means Superman will only be reference to, like when Amanda Waller does in the Suicide Squad trailer when she said —“Maybe Superman was a beacon for them to crawl out of the shadows.”
