Jack Thorne Writing Sandman Screenplay

Jack Thorne is set to write the script for Sandman over at Warner Bros, based on the pitch that David Goyer made for his treatment for the classic comic book series. Goyer is producing the film with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who is said to possibly be starring and directing the film as well. Nothing has been officially confirmed in that front, but it’ll make sense for Gordon-Levitt to also star in it and possibly play the role of Sandman. Thorne is best known for his work with the film How I Live Now.
