Joel Kinnaman is in Negotiations for Rick Flagg in Suicide Squad

Joel Kinnaman (RoboCop) is heavily being reported as being in negotiations for the role of Rick Flag in the Suicide Squad by multiple people who have the knowledge to the project.

He will be the replacement for Tom Hardy who was before cast for the role, but due scheduling issues with his current film The Revenant, had to drop out of the role.

Nothing has been officially confirmed, as Warner Bros nor anyone attached to the film has officially confirmed his possible casting and we most likely won’t get any official word until Kinnaman officially signs on to the film, that is if he’s truly in negotiation for the role!

Suicide Squad is set to release on August 5th, 2016.
