The mid-season finale for Arrow left us on a cliffhanger in more ways than one and the trailer for the follow-up episode titled “Survive” that’s due to air once Arrow back from its break on January 21st, left us with even more questions. As one of the quick clips in the trailer showed someone standing by Oliver’s lifeless body.
