During yesterday’s panel for Batman: The Killing Joke at San Diego Comic Con, Gary Miereanu named three new DC Comics animated films, Justice League Dark, Teen Titans: The Judas Contact, which will release next spring, as well as Batman and Harley Quinn: A Bruce Timm Original, which will be released next summer.
This could be another hint to Warner Bros. inner workings of getting the Justice League Dark brand more exposer to the general public, before working on the live action film that’s been in works for a few years now, previously under Guillermo del Toro. As previous habits shows, introducing characters in an animated film before making introducing them as live action characters has been evidence with Suicide Squad, with the animated film Batman: Assault on Arkham.
