According to Deadline, Kevin Alejandro (True Blood, Arrow) has been cast as a series regular on Lucifer as Nicholas Gonzalez replacement, who will be appearing in the pilot episode of the television series that slated to air as a midseason series for FOX.
Alejandro will play Dan, a gruff LAPD homicide detective who is wary of Lucifer’s involvement with his wife and daughter.
It’ll be kind of awkward going from one actor to the other from the pilot to the second episode playing the same character, but that’s television!
