Marco Grazzini Cast as Tar Pit in The Flash

 

ComicBook.com received the exclusive that actor Marco Grazzini has been cast as Tar Pit in the mid-season finale for the second season of The CW television series, The Flash.

The character of Tar Pit is desriced as followed:

Tar Pit is a vengeful meta-human with the ability to transform into molten asphalt.  When he crosses paths with The Flash, Tar Pit uses his powers to gain a tactical advantage over the Scarlet Speedster, who finds the ground literally shifting beneath his feet.

Tar Pit who’s also known as Joey Monteleone was created by Geoff Johns and Scott Kolins for his first appearance in The Flash #174 in 2001.

The Flash mid-season finale is on Tuesday December 8th, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
