Actress, martial artist and stunt artist Mayling Ng, has confirmed that she’s playing the character of Orana in Wonder Woman.
Orana in the DC Comics was an Amazon who adopted the title of the “New Wonder Woman” after defeating Diana in a battle, she was then given the title, but was quickly rejected by the people as the new Wonder Woman.
It’s unsure if this will be a storyline that the film will go with or she’ll simply be an Amazon with the name Orana, who just so happens to be the one Diana ends up battling sometime during the film.
