NBC Officially Orders Powerless to Television Pilot

NBC has officially announced that they’ve order the DC Comics comedy, Powerless to Pilot. As we previously reported back in August, the series was in development for NBC, but there was no word on weather it going into a Pilot order at that time.

Back then the series was described like the NBC signature comedy series The Office, but with superheroes. The series is coming from the mind of Ben Queen and is still described as a single-camera workplace comedy “about the exceedingly average employees at an insurance company and their quest to find their own power” as they mop up after superheroes’ town-trashing clashes.

Now that its been picked up for Pilot, announcements on the cast will be coming down the pipeline anytime now.
