According to The Hollywood Reporter, Neal McDonough (Captain America: The First Avenger, Agent Carter) has been cast as the DC Comics villain Damien Darhk, for season 4 of Arrow.
The character of Darhk was referenced to last season by Ra’s al Ghul, who stated he was a former member of the League of Assassins who got marked for death by the League.
Warner Bros. TV describes the character for season 4 as a mysterious, sophisticated and in charge of his own secret group, they also promise that he will be one of the greatest challenges Oliver Queen has ever faced.
