We might have found a possible Wonder Woman casting call for extras.
We say possible because there’s key evidence within the casting call and the casting agency behind it that makes us believe there could be something Wonder Woman related, but no way confirming that it is.
Lets start with the casting agency that posted the casting call, they’re an agency based in London called 2020 Casting, who have worked with Warner Bros. in the past, when it comes to casting extras for their shoots filmed in the England, such as:
- Poseidon
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
- Sherlock Holmes
- Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
- The Dark Knight Rises
- Jack the Giant Slayer
- The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
- In the Heart of the Sea
Here’s the opening introduction of the casting call, notice what we put in bold:
Huge Hollywood film casting extras in London & Liverpool.
Shoot: Autumn 2015
It’s a top secret project, so we can’t give too much away, but it’s a huge film set for the cinema.
Our previous projects have included:
Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation
Legend
The Theory Of Everything
The Dark Knight Rises
X-Men – First Class
… and many many more!
Please apply below if you have good availability in Autumn 2015!
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All in bold sounds right in-line to Wonder Woman, down to it being “Top Secret”, as all the DC Extended Universe films have been with their production.
Now moving on to the actual description for the extras, if rumors are true that Wonder Woman will being taking place during World War I or World War II, maybe both? The following type of people to appear as extras makes perfect sense:
London Based People
We’ll be looking for hundreds of people of all backgrounds, but we are particularly interested in hearing from these type of people:
Jewish people
Hungarian people
Russian people
Italian people
Nordic people – Swedish, Norwegian, Germanic, Dutch.
Any gender, aged 16 to 99 from United Kingdom
- Minimum Acting experience: No previous acting experience
For the next sets of casting calls, they’re based in Liverpool, which makes us think of again of World War II.
Because during World War II Liverpool was a major port for the United Kingdom during the war and was the second major city in the UK and its surrounding areas to be heavily bombed by the German Luftwaffe, the first being London.
Liverpool Based Males
Men no taller than 6′ 2. No facial hair.
Males, aged 16 to 99 from United Kingdom
- Maximum Height: 187 cm / 6ft 2in
- Minimum Acting experience: No previous acting experience
Liverpool Based Females
Ladies dress size 12 and under.
No tan or tattoos.
Females, aged 16 to 99 from United Kingdom
- Minimum Acting experience: No previous acting experience
- Maximum Dress Size: 12
Now imagine a scene with Wonder Woman protecting and saving people from such a tragedy or witnessing the aftermath of it, soon after being introduced to the world of man? It’ll be very intense, but of course it’s only speculation.
The casting call at the end states that the applications will be accepted for at least another month, which assuming means before the start of Autumn.
That was it for this particular casting call, but we’ll keep our eyes peel for any others and hopefully some official announcements, because we all prefer those over possible casting calls and speculations!
