The lineup for the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas has been announced and Preacher is listed to be premiering sometime during the run of the festival.
AMC’s comic book adaptation Preacher will first see the light of day during the Austin festival’s March 11-20 run.
With this announcement a new synopsis and photo of Dominic Cooper as Jesse Custer was also released:
Preacher is a supernatural, twisted and darkly comedic drama that follows a West Texas preacher named Jesse Custer, who – along with his ex-girlfriend Tulip and an Irish vagabond named Cassidy – is thrust into a crazy world, much bigger than he is.
