Robin Lord Taylor who plays The Penguin on Gotham, during a interview with TV Guide was asked if he could be on a television show other than his own what would it be, which he answered The Flash, because they’re absolutely killing it.

“If I could be on a show other than my own, I would choose to be on The Flash because I think they’re absolutely killing it.”

Now that Barry can time travel, why not cross universes as well? A Gotham and The Flash crossover can happen as an elseworld based, time travel episode? Or not…
