Film reporter Jeff Sneider for The Wrap, dropped some rumored scoops on the possible directors for The Flash movie, starring Ezra Miller, and a debunking on a Green Lantern previously rumored casting, during the Meet The Movie Press podcast with Mark Reilly and Scott Mantz.
The Flash
Sneider hinted that Warner Bros and Sony were in a “bit of a tug-of-war” over comedic geniuses Phil Lord and Chris Miller (The LEGO Movie, 21/22 Jump Street) for big franchise projects. The two projects are presumably The Flash and a Ghostbusters film.
Green Lantern
Sneider does think that the character will be Hal Jordan, but does not think Chris Pine will get the job.
None of these reports have been confirmed by Warner Bros. or anyone attached to either film, as always take with these rumors with a grain of salt.
