As previously reported Rutina Wesley has been cast as a recurring character in season 4 of Arrow, though when it was first reported her character wasn’t disclosed which left fans to speculate she might be Vixen.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Wesley is playing Liza Warner, otherwise known in the DC Comics universe as Lady Cop. However on Arrow, the character is said to bedifferent as she will be a member of the anti-vigilante task force.
