According to Variety, Ryan Robbins (Falling Skies) has been cast as a recurring role for the season 4 of Arrow as Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire who will be an adversary for Oliver Queen in the flashback sequences.
The report states that he’ll first appearance will be in episode 3 and he will as Conklin be working close to Baron Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola) who is the leader of Shadowspire.
The season 4 premiere of Arrow is October 7th on The CW.
