According exclusively to The Hollywood Reporter Seth Grahame-Smith who was set to direct The Flash, as his first directorial debut, has left the project due to creative differences with the studio.
Grahame-Smith who has already written a full script for the film, after a first drift treatment by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (The LEGO Movie), was set to direct the film once Lord and Miller departed the film as possible directing duo during the early developments of the film.
The report states that his script will remain, even though Grahame-Smith has stepped down from the project. Grahame-Smith’s writing credit include The LEGO Batman Movie and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire.
Warner Bros. or anyone close to the project have yet to confirm this report.
