Shazam Adds Cinematographer Maxime Alexandre and Production Designer Jennifer Spence to the Crew

Cinematographer Maxime Alexandre and production designer Jennifer Spence were hired on by New Line Cinema to join director David F. Sandberg on Shazam, according to Omega Underground. Both Alexandre and Spence worked with Sandberg on Annabelle: Creation and are known for working in the horror genre.

Maxime Alexandre previous cinematographer work includes films such as Silent Hill: Revelation, The Crazies, The Hills Have Eyes and the upcoming The Conjuring 2 spin-off The Nun.

Meanwhile Jennifer Spence’s known production design work includes films such as the Paranormal Activity series, Insidious: Chapter 2, Insidious: Chapter 3, Lights Out and The Conjuring 2 spin-off of the The Nun.

Shazam is set to start production from February to May of next year, with a  release date for April 5th, 2019.
