Last night the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards took place and Suicide Squad nabbed the award for “Favorite Soundtrack”. The Kids’ Choice Awards is voted by fans of Nickelodeon, which are normally children of the demographic of 6 to 15 years old.
Which is a good sign for the DC Extended Universe, as they’re managing to turn on a new generation to DC Comics related content, that branches off their animated films and television series, such as what’s shown on Cartoon Network.
