According to Variety, the John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein directed The Flash movie starring Ezra Miller, will have a 2021 released date, rather than the 2020 release date it perviously had set.
The entertainment news outlet goes on to say sources informed them that Warner Bros. is pushing back the start date of filming because a script is still being worked on and the studio doesn’t believe there’s enough time for the script to be finished in time for the original production date that was set.
Because of this, the studio has delayed the production start for the movie, which was previously said to start filming in February of next year, in hand now pushing the release date from 2020 to 2021.
There’s no official word from the studio or anyone directly attached to the movie if this report is true, time will only tell in the upcoming months.
