Tom Felton who’s playing Julian Dorn, a forensic expert who’ll be a recurring character for the third season of The Flash, recently spoke to SciFi Now on is expected when it comes to his character’s relationship with Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in the new season of the hit The CW television series.
“He’s a forensic expert,” Felton details, “so he treads on the toes of much of what Barry is good at. Hence they have a slightly abrasive relationship at first. I say abrasive, but I mean that – clearly because of the events of the season – none of the relationships that Barry has had with other cast members is the same.
As this is a whole new world for Barry, it’ll take some getting used – especially as he initially isn’t aware of the antagonistic relationship that exists between the two of them.
“He’s not familiar with me, but I’m familiar with him, so it’s an odd dynamic. It seems like a love/hate thing at first.”
