Wes Craven the frame horror movie director and screenplay writer, as well as the director and writer for the DC Comics live action movie from 1982 Swamp Thing, passed on Sunday, August 30th after battling brain cancer, at the age of 76. Craven is also known for such movies as Nightmare on Elm Street and the Scream film franchise.
Wes Craven was one of the kind when it came to the craft of horror films and he will be greatly missed.
