Wonder Woman is featured in Entertainment Weekly’s issue for this year’s San Diego Comic Con, which reveals the first look at exclusive images from the film, of Gal Gadot as Diana/Wonder Woman and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, along with a behind the screen shot of director Patty Jenkins with Gal Gadot, filming a scene.
In the feature article, Gal Gadot is interviewed in which she talks on how cold it was while filming the movie in England, as it was Winter while they were filming. While director Patty Jenkins talks on why it took so long for a Wonder Woman film to be made, stating it has to do with having the story needing to be a classic origin story, that Hollywood was afraid to do until now.
Jenkins also confirms she was in talks to make a Wonder Woman movie since 2005, but due to Jenkins being pregnant at the time, it never happened and the project at the end went nowhere.
