Wonder Woman Grosses $800 Million at the Worldwide Box Office


Wonder Woman as of today, has officially crossed the $800 threshold at the Worldwide box office, making it the second most successful standalone superhero origin film of all times.

Domestically Wonder Woman is sitting at $404 million, officially beating out Sam Rami’s Spider-man domestic box office of $403 million, making Wonder Woman the top comic book origin film at the domestic box office of all times.

Wonder Woman doing so well at the domestic box office is very important to note, as studios get the highest percentage of profit from the domestic box office, while the foreign box office it all varies from country to country.

Congratulations to Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot for accomplishing something with Wonder Woman, at the box office that even the most hardcore of fans did not foresee!
