Wonder Woman’s Origin Revealed

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice producer Charles Roven mentions Wonder Woman during a discussion with the LMU Film School’s Hollywood Masters series and confirms her origin story for the film. In his discussion he confirmed that her origin story for the film version of Wonder Woman will what the New 52 origins follows.

“Well Wonder Woman’s in it, we know that. She has powers, she’s a goddess. She’s half… she’s a demigod. Her father was Zeus.”

In Wonder Woman’s pervious origin story she as Diana was created out of clay by the powers of the Gods.
