Zachary Levi who’s playing the title role in David F. Sandberg’s Shazam!, went on to his official Instagram to show off his hard work towards building up his body for the movie. After the official announcement of Levi’s casting, many fans were concerned he was too small for the role when it came to muscle mass.
Then when on-set photos were released of Levi in the Shazam costume, the amount of padding that the suit look to have, put his built into question.
Looks like the criticism was heard by Levi, as he now has shared a photo of himself topless, showing off how much he’s transformed since his casting.
Henry Cavill who plays Superman in the DC Extended Universe even responded to the instagram post saying:
“Looking fantastic Sir!! Bloody nice work! And your nowhere stare is on point.”
Shazam! continues to film in Toronto, Canada, with a release date set for April 5th, 2019.
