The production at the Curry Lighthouse for Aquaman, has officially wrapped this week at the Hastings Point Headland, according to Tweed Daily News.

Filming took place late into the night with dramatic effects including thunder and lightning machines, with crew members stating that filming at the location was a complete success. The set of the Lighthouse will take three weeks to be dismantle and have the location back in its normal form.

Local seems upset with Hollywood coming in and building such a set on one of the most beautiful locations in the area, as many feel such a set could be build on a soundstage and get the same visual effects with today’s technology.

With the news of the production at the Lighthouse wrapping, a video of behind the scenes photo of the set has also surfaced online.
