Casper Crump Has Been Cast as Vandal Savage on Legends of Tomorrow

Dutch actor Casper Crump, has been cast the DC Comics supervillain Vandal Savage in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, according to Variety.

Variety reports Casper Crump as Vandal Savage will make his debut first in a crossover episodes of Arrow and The Flash, before becoming a recurring role on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

The character is described be an immortal, having spent the past 6,000 years moving like a virulent disease through history, whispering in the ears of despots and dictators, all leading to his eventual domination of the world, which is exactly how he is in the comics.
