According exclusively to TVLine, Charlotte Ross who plays Donna Smoak on Arrow, will not only be returning in episode 6 in the fourth season of The CW television series, but her return has been extended for multiple episodes for episode 9 and 10.
TVLine — which last month broke the news of Charlotte Ross’ return for Episode 6of the new season (premiering Wednesday, Oct. 7) — now has learned that Donna Smoak will also appear in Episodes 9 and 10.
