A television spot for Justice League featuring footage from the new trailer aired last night during Sunday Night football and afterwards the credits for the film were revealed, which featured director Christopher Nolan as an Executive Producer for Justice League.
Nolan is best known by DC Comics fans for directing the highly successful The Dark Knight Trilogy, producing Man of Steel and Executive producing Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
A Executive Producer is the person who ensures the film is completed on time, within budget, and agrees to artistic and technical standards for the studio. We can not confirm how much of this did Nolan play a hand in when it comes to Justice League, as he’s not the only one with the credit.
Though the surprising bit of this news is after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, fans were left with the impression Nolan wouldn’t continue with the DC Comics franchise, now we know for a fact that isn’t the case.
