David Ramsey who plays John Diggle on Arrow, spoke with Extra during his time as San Diego Comic Con back in July, on why he loves Diggle’s new costume for season 4 of The CW television series.
He goes on to explain it’s the best type of costume for urban tactical warfare, which fits Diggle’s character perfectly.
