First Look at Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Vixen in Legends of Tomorrow

The first look of Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe  who’s the new Vixen in season 2 of Legends of Tomorrow, has been officially released. On the series Sellers will be introduced as the grandmother of Mari McCabe played by Megalyn Echikunwoke, who’s the Vixen from the CWSeed animated series and the one to have appeared on Arrow.

Amaya Jiwe will be a Justice Society of America member and previous wielder of the Tantu Totem – the mystical artifact that allows its holder to tap into the abilities of any animal.

This change in Vixen took place due to Echikunwoke not being able to commit to full supporting role, though she did confirm that she’ll return to voice season 2 of the animated series and didn’t deny a guest spot on the DC Television series on The CW.
