Ian Gomez Cast as Snapper Carr on Supergirl

According exclusively to Entertainment Weekly, Ian Gomez who’s best known for his role in Cougar Town has been cast the DC Comics character of Snapper Carr in season 2 of Supergirl, which will airing its second season on The CW. 

The description of the character on the series goes as followed:

Snapper Carr is a headstrong, sharp-witted newsman, hired by Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart) to be the editor-in-chief ofCatCo Magazine. Snapper’s commitment to hard-hitting journalism pushes CatCo reporters to dig deeper in the pursuit of excellence. He’s a man who tells people what he thinks of them, and his no-holds barred approach pushes Kara (Melissa Benoist) in unexpected ways.
