The CW has officially announced the renewal of iZombie for it’s fifth season, which the mid-season series has almost struggle every season to get a renewal but has managed to beat the odds for every new season. iZombie is based on the DC Comics imprint Vertigo comic with the same name.
iZombie show runner Rob Thomas went on to social to celebrate the renewal, along with the cast members Rose McIver who plays the title role:

The season finale of the fourth season of iZombie will air on May 21st on The CW.
