Storyboard artist and Director Jay Oliva went on to respond to a fan on Twitter regarding Ben Affleck’s script for The Batman, when he was onboard to direct the movie. The fan went on to accuse Affleck of not writing a script for the movie, when in reality Affleck did have one, in which Oliva was able to read.
Oliva goes on to say that Affleck’s original script, was the best Batman script he’s ever read, also adding that it was a kick ass story, that audience and fans would have loved.

Ben Affleck has since stepped down from directing The Batman, now Cloverfield and Planet Of The Apes director Matt Reeves is now onboard to direct the first standalone Batman movie for the current movie DC Comics movie universe.
