According exclusively to The Wrap, JR Bourne (Teen Wolf) has been cast as in season 4 of Arrow.
Bourne will be playing Jeremy Tell, a metahuman also known as Double Down who can turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons. As a metahuman, Double Down is more closely associated with The Flash mythology in the comics, and is a member of the villainous Rogues gallery.
The character will appear in the third episode of the 4th season.
The season 4 premiere of Arrow is October 7th on The CW.
