Marc Guggenheim Confirms Diggle’s Codename is Spartan

Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim, confirmed through Twitter after a fan asked, that Diggle’s official codename will be Spartan on the television series.

Spartan is an existing canon DC Comics character, who goes by the name of Yohn Kohl and is a member of the WildC.A.T.s in the comics. Though the character’s similarities with Diggle only goes as far as their alias.
