As we previously reported, it was confirmed during San Diego Comic Con by Bruce Timm himself, that Batman: The Killing Joke will be turned into an animated film that’ll be released sometime in 2016.
Before this announcement, for sometime now, fans have been rallying towards the idea if there were ever to be a animated movie based on Batman: The Killing Joke, that Mark Hamill, who’s a fan favorite when it comes to voicing The Joker, should return to the role once more.
A fan expressed this to Mark through Twitter recently, that they hoped DC Comics contacts him on The Killing Joke, which Hamill responded with the following:
You’re not the only one w/ fingers crossed! https://t.co/PcKlgRQFaU
