Orlando Jones (MadTV, Sleepy Hollow, Evolution) is campaigning to play DC Comics superhero Black Lightning if given the chance, after a fan, fan casts him as the character via twitter.
As far as we know no Black Lightning film or television series has been announced or is remotely in development for the character, but with that said we believe Jefferson Pierce is most definitely one of the DC Comics characters that we would love to see bought to life as a live action character, and Jones as the character would work pretty darn perfect!
