Steven Weber has landed a guest role on television series iZombie, which will start airing mid-season on The CW.
Weber is best known for his work on the television series The Wingers and his current co-starring role on NCIS: New Orleans. Weber will be appearing in at least two episodes of iZombie as a charismatic CEO of an energy drink company. Weber formerly worked with iZombie exclusive producer and television series creator Rob Thomas on the cult following television series Party Down.
IZombie is based on the DC Comics/Vertigo comic book series with the same name. The new television series will star Rose McIver as Olivia “Liv” Moore, a rosy-cheeked, disciplined, over-achieving medical resident who had her life path completely mapped out…until the night she attended a party that unexpectedly turned into a zombie feeding frenzy.
