According to the Chicago Tribune, Suicide Squad will beginning filming in locations around downtown Chicago, starting on Friday, August 7th at 9pm and ending at midnight, to pick right back up on Saturday, August 8th at 5:45am and ending at 6:30am, with the possibility of filming on Sunday if the weather prohibits filming on the previous days.
This is what the full schedule looks like:
Friday, Aug. 7
9:00pm-9:30pm – There will be a helicopter flying at high elevation (above 500 feet) over Michigan Ave. from Chicago to Wacker. No street closures will be necessary.
9:30pm-Midnight – There will be a helicopter flying at low elevation (approximated 100 feet) over Clark St. from Randolph to Jackson, with intermittent street closures that will last for approximately 10 minutes.
Saturday, Aug. 8
5:45am-6:30am – There will be a helicopter flying a low elevation over the Chicago River from Michigan to Lake, with intermittent street and river closures that will last approximately 10 minutes.
